For example, we use traditional European ingredients such as croissants to create sushi and pasta to create Japanese dishes. We use the fresh Japanese wagyu beef for our starters and sushi, and we also use the Japanese techniques of curing local fish of Europe - using kombu seaweed - to bring out the best of the ingredients.     This is a delightful pub, with good lighting, superb food and great, friendly service. We shared the monkfish Wellington special and it was sublime. It could have done with a tiny bit less salt, but otherwise it was perfection, the flavours of the vermouth, the nicely seasoned pomme purée and the jus went so well together and we felt the concept of a non-beef Wellington was exciting and bold. And it worked!! Paired it with a very nice Chenin blanc. Our antipodean waitress was quirky and charming and service was excellent. We shall definitely be back!

    Had a fantastic Valentine’s Day lunch at The Beehive Pub. The food was delicious—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. Will definitely be going back!

    Loved this place. First time that my husband and I have been. Staff were Amazing. Food absolutely delicious. Can’t praise the staff enough. The service is on par with Limewood and The Ivy. Sommelier listened to my likes and dislikes and she was spot on! We will return very soon. I hope we won”t be disappointed!
