Best Romantic Restaurants in Hackney Wick

We had the tasting menu with wine pairings and thoroughly enjoyed the night. The overall feel was casual but the level of service made the evening special. The wine pairings in particular were all super interesting choices with interesting tidbits about of the wine makers given with each glass. Would highly reccomend for a special dinner.

One of our favourite dinners in London. We had such a great time dining up at the bar, the chefs and waiters are super friendly and really made our night on top of the fantastic food.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden. Great decor and atmosphere- cosy and comfortable. Set lunch was very good and excellent value. It was very busy and thus initial service was a little slow, but otherwise excellent, and no pressure to finish/leave (our booking was 2.00pm). Would definitely return.

Excellent food, wine and service. It was really quiet though (and the lighting very bright) which resulted in a slight lack of ambience and made it feel like a daytime venue which had stayed open late. I’d suggest some more subtle lighting in the evening and perhaps some more marketing as the food itself was great.

Very original food, we had the prune, the egg, the iberico salad, the crozetto, the flatbread and dessert. Everything was amazing! The prune is served with an incredible balsamic vinegar, and is introduced as you would for a wine. This was already an experience in itself. All the other dishes were so flavoursome and the flatbread is a must-have! The dessert was a rhubarb cake served with a shot of rum, and was the perfect ending to a feast! We will definitely be back
