Our aim is to be the central hub of the community, The Axe and Compasses is a traditional British village pub dating back to 1628, serving a wide and varied selection of quality lagers, cask conditioned ales, fine wines, and premium spirits. Came here for a Sunday lunch for the first time, to celebrate my husbands birthday. There were 6 of us. We had a lovely meal, in a lovely atmosphere and setting. Thank you. We'll be back.
