Superb Sunday roast, we all had the Romney Marsh lamb and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff and the pace of service was good and the wine list reasonable. Definitely go back but maybe ask to be seated in the main bar which had lots more atmosphere than the back room where we were the only diners.

Birthday meal Set menu with dishes we probably would not have chosen normally but have to say that they were very well presented and tasted lovely. Had great help with choosing the accompanying wines and loved the little extras. We have been a few times now and have never been disappointed.

A thoroughly exceptional meal from beginning to end. The attention to detail and craft across all our plates was truly wonderful. The wine recommendations were spot on from a wine list that starts with a whole page of local wines. The staff were superb, clearly as passionate about the food and overall experience as we were.
