Best Seasonal Restaurants in Congresbury

A perfect dinning experience for two 80 year olds, 50 year old daughter and 16 year old granddaughter. Warm cosy and busy on a cold Saturday night. Excellent range of starters, would recommend the sharing camembert, salted squid and very interesting French onion soup. Chicken risotto provided enough chicken for Billy to eat when we got home. Slow cooked pork melted in your mouth and black pudding was memorable. Only problem was the size of the portions, no room to try puddings so had to make do with good strong coffee.

Absolutely fantastic evening! The food was divine. Piping hot and well cooked. I have to say ambience wise the ivy Oxford is the best one Ive been to! Gorgeous place. The service was attentive without being too intrusive as well. And the little touch at the end to highlight our celebration was so thoughtful. Highly recommend. Delicious Sunday roast! Lovely and helpful staff, quick service and excellent food. Nothing to fault.

The afternoon tea was a delight. A wonderful selection of cakes that was more than we could possibly eat. The staff was kind and nothing was too much trouble. The dining room is spacious but relaxing. We would most definitely recommend this as it was a super price and a lovely experience.
