Centrally located in Chester with multi story parking locally. Very smartly presented resaurant. Attentive staff in a relaxed atmosphere. All the courses were very well presented. The Lunch menu was resonably priced . Not the cheapest restaurant to dine at but well worth a visit if you like fine dining.

This was my first time dining at Shrub and it certainly won’t be my last. Excellent location, service amazing and so very helpful- lovely staff, food excellent- love the choices available - all superbly prepared. Amazing night at the Opera Grill! Everything was outstanding. The food was delicious, the best fillet steak I have had in a long time. The service was friendly and the waiter was brilliant, gave recommendation on food and drink. The manager came and introduced himself, excellent service. We booked our meal in the music lounge and the band were fantastic. We live over 6 hours away from Chester, but would definitely visit again and highly recommend for the food and the whole experience.
