Beautifully arranged over three floors, Bohemia delivers a full lunch and dinner menu that includes both large main dishes as well as small tapas-style plates and sharing boards. We started Fatto a Mano in Brighton in 2015, serving authentic and affordable Neapolitan pizza, made with fresh ingredients, in a friendly environment. For us, everything starts with our dough. Soft and pillowy, our pizza dough is made fresh every day, using only the best Italian 00 flour, salt, water and yeast. We let our dough prove for at least 24 hours – the slow proving means we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast, so our pizzas are light and easily digestible. We use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas. Finally, our pizzaioli cook the pizzas in our oven at about 450 degrees, for no more than 90 seconds, in true Neapolitan style.

    We’ve just had a fantastic birthday lunch. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Catering for one guests gf meal to serving her just the ginger ice cream without the rest of the dessert! Attention to detail, kind and friendly staff! Weee greeted with alcohol free drink as celebrated two birthdays, and a sweet treat at the end. Well done Chef , waitress and barman.

    Overall the food was good. We had the small plates. The beetroot salad and chantilly carrots were delicious. The crispy cauliflower was disappointing as it was soaked in a sauce resulting in it being soggy rather than crispy. The major dissappointment however was the ambience. We were seated in the area near the bar where there was an excessive use of spotlights so it felt like an interrogation bay. Had we gone on another evening when less busy, we would have asked to be moved.
