Best Lunch Restaurants in Hurstpierpoint

First time back to Tottington in too long! Booked a reasonably last-minute Sunday Lunch and we were not disappointed. Everything, from reception on arrival, to service, food delivery and the actual food itself, was just superb. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect and the care and attention paid by the team was excellent in every respect; cannot fault it. We opted for the Sunday Roast; Tottington has a spin on the usual "pub roast" - slightly posher version but better in every way; the flavours and presentation was absolutely spot on, and thoroughly appreciated. Celebrated my birthday with family in one of the dining pods. Cosy and warm given it's February. Staff came regularly to see how things were and if we needed anything. They made it extra special with a fountain candle in my desert and sang happy birthday!!

Exquisite food with the most wonderful service. Fantastic vegetarian tasting menu that had my hubby in raptures. The meat / fish version was just as stunning. Perfectly paired wines. A gorgeous meal.

Fabulous roast dinner, the best cauliflower cheese we’ve ever had, the wine selection was great, we have eaten there before so this was our 3rd visit, we live in Shoreham by sea so locally and in Sussex we have a huge selection but The Fountain is definitely in our top 5

The lunch experience could not have been much better. The service was attentive even though the staff were very busy. Food was good, although the ‘crackling’ with the Sunday roast pork was a bit alien.
