The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the afternoon tea looked beautiful. The only thing I’d say is there should be more options for sandwiches ideally. It is a classy indoor setting but the experience would be improved if it were possible to move this to an upper room with views across Hyde Park. Another small thing for the hotel to consider. A classic china tea service, using real tea rather than teabags, would add class to this experience.
