Best Restaurants for Spicy Food in Lambeth

Amazing food. Best indo Chinese food I’ve eaten in London yet. Will definitely be back. Great service too.

Been before and - as always - this visit was a pure delight. We were celebrating a birthday and it was a very special meal. Food was amazing (as always), expertly spiced. Not overpowering, but no hiding the delicious flavours. Fish, prawns and indeed everything else cooked to perfection. We’ll be back again I’m sure.

I discovered this restaurant through a YouTube recommendation and it absolutely impressed me in terms of the food taste. The curries really are delicious and I have visited several times.

The overall experience was positive, however, despite booking, and the restaurant being nearly empty, things did not get off to a good start as my friend and I were placed at a table right next to a pillar when there were plenty of spaces, so we asked to be moved. This was done immediately. The service was fine and the servers were attentive and the food was good. I ordered a diet coke and was given a tiny bottle so had to order a second one half way through the meal. Usually a tall glass lasts me a whole meal. When the bill came I had been charged £5.50 PER BOTTLE! This is outrageous. I know that inner city rates are high but there is no justification for this. I did not make a fuss as the prices are not set by the waiting staff, but I won't be going back.
