Best Romantic Restaurants in Gilgo

Requested a seat away from the front bar area and bathroom via reservation. Got there to a table in bar area just inside the front door. Brought it to their attention and were apologetic and after a few minutes seated us in a much better area. Service was excellent and the food never disappoints.

We had a very nice Valentine Day dinner off the special menu. We had the Oysters Rockerfeller, they were not traditional but very good. The heart shaped ravioli were delicious. The mains were lobster tails and steak au povire. The mains were very good, I just wish the steak was a tad more tender. Portions were generous and we took some home. Our waitress was fabulous. Great place.

Fantastic experience for a Valentines Day Dinner. Girlfriend had the filet. I had the Bone in Strip Steak. Both of us were in agreement that they were the best steaks we’ve had yet. Drinks were fantastic (Bulliet Old Fashioned and Tito’s Espresso Martini). Service was top notch. Will definitely be returning!

We went for Valentine’s Day and it was great! We loved the special menu, loved that the employees were dressed up and the extra touch of giving each table a rose. All of this made it such a special night out! We also loved that you checked our coats after we checked in for our reservation! We also loved the fact that you hold our leftovers until the end and if one of us was still eating you didn’t clear the other persons plate right away. Jasmine has been our waitress the two times we have been for dinner so far and she has been excellent each time! The food was delicious! We will definitely be coming again in the future.

I took my wife there for our anniversary dinner. The atmosphere was unbelievable. Our waiter David was such a pleasure to chat with. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. The food from start to finish was exceptional. We started out with a margarita flatbread pizza with Barata on top Then I had the Parmesan vodka chicken with spicy rigatoni and my wife had the roasted chicken with vegetables. For dessert, we shared the tartufo.. The overall dining experience was such a pleasure. We will be going back many times over. If you have the chance to visit this exquisite restaurant, please do.
