Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Kaneohe

Simply amazing! The staff is incredibly sweet and made our experience that much better. The food was delicious and the live music from the restaurant below was perfection. Definitely the best overall dining experience we had on our trip.

Kimi was a wonderful ambassador for the restaurant. She was helpful in selecting wine and very accommodating for our 7 yr old. Food was tasty and chocolate soufflé always delish. Nice experience.

We had a wonderful time sharing Pupu! Delicious food, fast service , friendly and efficient wait staff, AND they immediately give all little a complimentary quesadilla plate which was PERFECT to keep our little one happy and content while playing with the crayons. GOEN is awesome’

Another fabulous dinner at Kalapawai Cafe in Kailua. Last night was a birthday celebration and we ordered more than we normally do. We started with the fig and the crab artichoke appetizer. Both selections were ridiculously delish. From the dinner selections, we all ordered the fresh ahi layered on top of Bok choy and creamy, perfectly cooked, lemongrass risotto. Amazing! For dessert, an order of fruit crisp and lilikoi cheesecake. Heaven! Kudos to the Chef and staff!

The service was very good and they had a unique but short menu. The setting is a kind of funky Kailua.
