When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Classic Italian dishes grace the menu but are personalized with my unique touch. Quality and consistency is what you will find with each dish. I would never serve anything short of that.     It was our 35th anniversary we celebrated it with our grandaughter also, she is 20 & loved it as much as we did. Staff was wonderful, friendly & helped us celebrate with a cake with a special sparkler in it which was amazing. Food was delicious & each item came out & the perfect time, no rushing dinner. Restaurant was decorated for the Xmas holiday & was beautiful. Thank you Sam’s Steakhouse for a amazing evening!

    Girls night, we had a great night. Very nice atmosphere. Drinks excellent. We just shared a cheese platter was good. Server was excellent and did not feel rushed. We sat and chatted for a long while. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.

    Had a fantastic time here. Husband and I celebrated our 15th anniversary. Got the star treatment. Got the chef’s tasting menu and loved everything they brought out. Big props to Ethan and John for the great care. Will definitely recommend this place and will be back again.
