I want to publicly compliment the management for their handling of our dinner party last night. We arrived on time for our reservation. However, the restaurant was full and it took over 20 minutes before we were seated. Not a huge deal, it happens, though there really isn't a comfortable waiting area / no seats and we were a bit annoyed. The food and service once seated were great. Then they surprised us with two complimentary delicious desserts to make up for the delay. We appreciated the gesture and will return in the near future. There were 4 in our party and we all LOVED our meals. The service was outstanding, the manager was very present and making sure everyone was satisfied, the atmosphere was energetic but not so loud that you could not hear each other during dinner. We sushi selection was amazing but there were plenty of dishes for non-sushi eaters. It was my first real sushi meal and the server made a great recommendation, and I loved it. I miss Panera but this is so much better. Thanks for a great early Thanksgiving celebration, we will be back!More infoHiramasa - Newton SquarePrice: Expensive• Japanese• Newtown Square•4.5
