Best Healthy Restaurants in Macomb

My husband and I have dined here in the past and have always enjoyed it. We’ve enjoyed the lobster bisque, oysters, and various entrees like the salmon dishes several times but this is the first time that we’ve been here for Thanksgiving dinner. This was kind of a last minute reservation so all that was available for our party of 6 was high top seating. I’d never sat in that section so I wasn’t sure how comfortable it would be but there was no reason to have had any worries. It was quite comfortable. Some of us opted for the plated Thanksgiving dinner. I’ll admit I’m not a big fan of turkey but I ordered it anyway. It was the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was juicy and flavorful and came with tasty traditional sides. Last year we went to a restaurant that’s considered very upscale and cost twice as much but this was much better. The service was great. I didn’t get our waiter’s name since I missed it and didn’t see it on the bill otherwise I’d call him out for being personable and attentive. When our plates were presented, additional wait staff helped our waiter so that all plates were presented at once. I highly recommend DFH for an evening out or for a special occasion and will consider returning next Thanksgiving.

Great service great food will go back. We went on thanksgiving I was worried service wouldn’t be great because it was so busy but service was great the staff was very attentive and efficient.

We celebrated our 56th wedding anniversary. From the moment we entered we were treated like royalty. The service was totally exceptional! We never had to look for any of the waitstaff who appeared at all the proper moments. The food was absolutely delicious and amazing. We received an anniversary card with rose petals on the table, plus a delicious desert that topped off very special evening. Thank you for the memories.

Our advice is: dont put too much effort on deciding, as everything is absolutely amazing! We've been coming here everytime we came to Detroit since 2022 and we've seen our share of new dishes everytime... and tried them. No regrets whatsoever!

Beautiful establishment. Our server, while nice and accommodating took a very long time to get our drinks, even water and our food took over 46 mins after we ordered which took almost 30 minutes after we sat down. She was nice enough to honor the happy hour prices even though we were sitting at a table and not the bar, which was super nice. I tipped her well. But I would have appreciated a little bit faster service as it wasn't very busy.
