Best Seasonal Restaurants in Firewheel

Booked an outside table but the chairs were too uncomfortable so we had to move inside. Our waiter was great. he told us the specials and was kind and polite. Food was promptly served but some of the portions were small. Chicken fried chicken was all dark meat and red fish was skimpy portion. Wedge salad was huge. Hostess was a bit much overheard her complaining about the staff.

An ok experience. My wife had the risotto with asparagus and mushrooms and I had gnocci with shrimp. Food was good. My main criticism is that I think it was over priced For the price there are other restaurants I would prefer

I was looking for a place to celebrate my daughter's 50tj birthday. I was willing to take her anywhere in the north Dallas area but this is where she wanted to go. We were not disappointed. We - a party of 6- had a fantastic dinner and the service was impeccable. We were on a Wednesday night and I took a chance that we might be able to book a private room- the Poker room which seats up to ten. Britteny was extremely helpful in arranging the Poiker Room for our private dining. Matt, our server, ensured a memorable evening. 5/6 had a steak and they wrecked cooked to perfection. The appetizers were excellent and we especially enjoyed the ahi tuna and crab cakes. I rarely order a steak out because I prefer to cook it myself at home but I will say these steaks were just amazing. Perfect temperature and the Silve Fox topping with blue cheese was outstanding. This is a must visit for a special event or just a pampered night out. I highly recommend the Silver Fox and thank them for a wonderful evening.

As expected it was busy with the holiday. I made a reservation and when I arrived, they were about 15 minutes behind. We were directed to the bar to wait, which was fine. I ordered the Mai Thai which was very good. Our server was phenomenal, very upbeat and pleasant. I ordered from the Valentine's Day menu: the Blackened salmon, which wasn't blackened at all. I think it was undercooked to be honest. Everything else - potato souffle, brussel sprouts, appetizers - crab & shrimp dip, prime rib egg rolls were absolutely delicious. My guest ordered the twin filet mignonettes & enjoyed the meat as well. Based on the experience, I would recommend & return. I would not order the salmon though.
