Absolutely delighted with my experience at Bistro 31! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Michael and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation. Derek Diaz, the manager/host, was exceptional, personable, professional, knowledgeable and set the tone for a great night. The setting, ambiance, views, staff and food were out of this world and will be returning regularly.

We were sat outside without requesting it, and there were not heaters. It was chilly, but not the end of the world. Food was great and our server Tori was incredible. Highly recommend the pastas!

The whiskey dinner at Maple Landing was remarkable in many ways. The whiskeys presented were introduced and explained by the provider. The quality was superb. The food was exceptional, always interesting and artistically presented. Again, explanations were provided with each course, regarding the unique ingredients and methods of preparation. I can't wait till their next whiskey dinner event. A real gourmet treat!
