- GGailvipIndiana •29 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoAfter having dinner at the Starr Pass resort's more upscale restaurant the evening before, we didn't expect much -- but it was outstanding and in many ways surpassed the 'other' resort restaurant. Our server, Jackie, was knowledgeable and had a great smile and attitude. The food was great -- we shared the hummus appetizer (plenty for two people) and the chicken pibil enchiladas -- outstanding with a perfect red sauce with just enough spice. We learned the sauce came from the chef's family's recipes -- we were throughly satisfied and our mouths smiled. The hostess was great too --More infoSignature Grill at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & SpaPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown Tucson•4.2
- TTerry AnnvipPhoenix / Arizona •48 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe were in Tucson and took our grandson and his girlfriend for brunch at the Nook. It was just the four of us. We had a reservation and got seated immediately. My husband and I had trouble deciding, everything on the menu sounded fabulous, so making a decision was tough. My husband ordered the cinnamon griddle cakes and he absolutely loved them. I had the steak and eggs, and brought most of it home for breakfast the next day. The kids ate parfait, breakfast burrito, folded eggs and blueberry scones and specialty coffees. Amazingly, it didn’t break the bank. Large portions and so very good. Our server was great, and everything came to the table just as we ordered it. Parking in the area was easy for us when we went , which was on a Sunday. We look forward to going back.More infoNook - TucsonPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Downtown Tucson•4.8
- EEllenvipPortland / Oregon •27 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 19, 2024Casual but chic interior, friendly service, really good food with their own take on Sonoran cuisine. It’s loud when it gets full because of the modern acoustic - but it’s fun. Fantastic option before a concert at the Music Hall or event in the Convention Center, but don’t overlook it for just a nice bit easygoing dinner downtown any time. Ample parking on site - if there isn’t a huge public event on site.More infoEl Mezquite Grill - Doubletree by Hilton Downtown TCCPrice: Expensive• Mexican• South Tucson•3.5
