The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. The Bistro features contemporary American fare.     Asheville Proper proves time and time again to be FANTASTIC. The open air kitchen, the friendly wait staff (who all pitch in at all the tables)- the steak, The KALE AND SMOKED MEATBALLS!!!!! (Literally two of the best things I've ever eaten), the ambience. To die for. Colby was our server last night and he was friendly, made eye contact and helpful suggestions. We will always return.

    We were greeted and had a wonderful lunch in one of the stalls with our granddaughter I thought it extra special that the hostess brought over an information sheet that i was able to read to our granddaughter about the history of the stable
