The appetizers were fantastic. Nothing is pedestrian. They take everything and prepare it just a step above. The service was very spot on our waiter Romeo was very attentive and genuinely loved his job and was very good at it. The wine list was carefully put together with great Italian selections that paired fantastically with the menu . Thank goodness this restaurant is not too close to where I live. The back waiter suggested I not add cheese to my dish as it would might make it too salty. After tasting it, I realized she was right! I really appreciated her having this knowledge and not being afraid to share her suggestion.
