Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Frederick Settelment

We can’t begin to express how absolutely amazing everything about our experience at Marmalade was. From the personal attention to our reservation to the final farewell, the entire staff were engaged and made us feel valued. The food was exceptional and the wine pairing could not have been more perfect. This was a feast for all of our senses. The presentation was awe inspiring; the flavors were explosive. We were quite simply delighted with it all!

We booked AZAR blind, didn’t read too much on it and just saw it was close and had availability. WOW, to say we scored in an understatement…we were blown away. Starting with the Smoked Rum Old Fashioned…brought to the table under a dome filled with fragrant woodsmoke, this was a crafted cocktail that impressed across all the senses. We had 6 of the 11 apptz offered…all fabulous (but I am still thinking on how tender their octopus was). The mains were very generously sized and each had a custom tweak that made them unique to AZAR; fire grill pichana, branzino, the shrimp salad and an over-the-top cowboy cut steak that even our 19 yr old carnivore had to rally to finish. Desserts..the Black Forest Brownie and the Churros were killer. Our server, Maria, was a pro throughout..including with the wine pairing, she was great. Mgmt stopped by and checked in, always a nice touch and confirmed that AZAR is a top dining choice in Aruba

From the moment you walk into Madame Janette, you are transported into a garden oasis where the scents of spices and flowers fill your senses and prepare you for an experience you will remember forever. The quality of service and food is top caliber and Michelin level. The staff is attentive and super courteous. As I looked around, I noticed the staff greeting returning customers and greeting them with hugs and kisses. You didn’t see any less warmth for new customers. Which is such a nice experience because no one wants to feel left out.

Food was outstanding! Had the escargot and Camerones with trifongo. Dessert was cocodo hot coconut with almonds and ice cream. Everything was first class. Sat at the bar and watching the very professional bartenders mix drinks added to the evening’s enjoyment. Right in the Placido de Santurce so can enjoy a stroll through the lively area after dinner.

My family had an amazing lunch at Tommy's Brewing Company today, January 30th, 2025. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy great food. The cocktails were absolutely fabulous—expertly mixed and full of flavor. The food was appetizing, delicious, and so good that we couldn’t resist ordering extra to take home. A special mention to our hostess, who was not only pleasant and efficient but also incredibly attentive and caring, ensuring we had the best experience. Exceptional service all around. We will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend Tommy's Brewing Company to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and top-notch hospitality
