The manager is amazing! Staff is very tentative. Love it!

Food is as as usual expertly prepared On our visit so-called mission figs appetizer were not indeed mission figs (they’re black; this one was brown) and frankly a little stingy. There were four quarters of a tiny brown fig spread across a bed of about 10 arugula leaves, two large sugar encrusted walnut chunks and 3 large lumps of ricotta. Really. Just 1 fig cut into quarters. Not sure what the problem was, but if the kitchen stock was low, why not just take them off the menu until availability improved. Anyway, just a disappointment We had an early reservation since the noise level here can be problematic. Nevertheless the waitress seemed too tired to be at work that late afternoon. Normally we have great experiences here.

Eccentric eclectic ambiance. Food from scratch. Drinks were on point. Service above and beyond.

The chicken chili nachos are absolutely to die for! That and a Margarita and you’re all set
