Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Benowa

It was our first time to the Exhibitionist Bar. I had booked a table inside but asked to be moved to the outside patio. Even though it was a Friday night, they were so obliging and found us this high-top table with an amazing view of the Gold Coast skyline. We watched it go through daylight, dusk and evening and it was spectacular. It must be one of the best views on the coast. Troy was a marvellous host and was so helpful on what to order. On his advice we decided on the corn ribs, hummus and...brussels sprouts which, surprisingly, was the standout dish. The crispy, slow-baked sprouts with the honey chilli sauce were an ingenious combination. So tasty. For drinks, we ordered the Basic Peaches slushy which was this deliciously smooth and creamy layered cocktail. The perfect choice for a sultry late summer evening. I highly recommend the Exhibitionist Bar experience, the location, food, drinks and service was superb. The staff went above and beyond for us which really made the evening for us. Much appreciated.

Ordering was very easy and friendly service. The food was excellent well presented hot and delicious.

Delicious food and Fantastic service just the noise level with the loud music makes it very hard for a group to chat. Will be back again for sure. Blue cheese sauce and their gravy/jus is sooo tasty and their wings are the best, miss their extremely hot sauce not sure why that is off the menu it was addictive.

Great food in a great location with a good wine list

The food was great together with the experience. I was quoted and booked at $99 per head - considered a most reasonable and value for money. When the bill arrived it had an additional tax of $20. When questioned I was advised that this was GST. This was not stated on the confirmed booking. Most disappointing. GST has now been around for some 30 years and inspite of regulation, this tax is being used as a an add on. legislation states that prices must be quoted net of GST. An excellent dining experience left with a bad taste.
