Best Historic Restaurants in Kearny

My kids (9 and 11) took the lead on this brunch review. They insisted we need to add it to our NY rotation. My son was especially appreciative of the cookie with the candle at the end for his birthday. The grown ups loved it too, food, view, vibe and service.

Such an incredible dining experience for Valentine’s Day last night! The five course tasting menu was delicious. So happy we added on the wine pairing option as well which complemented the tasting menu perfectly! The decor was beautiful from the candles and roses for centerpieces and throughout restaurant, immaculate decor with a great pianist curating such a romantic ambiance. I had such a great time and will definitely return back! 💞

The burger was FANTASTIC! The pizza was delicious! 10/10!

Great food and drink. Service was wonderful and server was kind in answering all my food related questions. I think the only thing that was disappointing was the very casual attire of the staff particularly the hostess. It’s such a beautiful room. Even though we were there for a late lunch I would have thought attire would be a little more refined.

We stopped in for lunch. Had the bison burger. Very tasty and flavorful. The fries were hot and crisp. Others had the mac and cheese, which was excellent. Lisa , our server was excellent and attentive. Highly recommend. The ambience is historical.
