Rosa Negra in Mexico City offers an incredible dining experience with outstanding food and top-notch service. The only downside is that the music can be quite loud, which might not be ideal for those looking for a quieter ambiance. Very good food, excellent drinks, outstanding service. Cesar and Alan were great, and so was everyone else. Definitely a repeat.
