I will walk you down a gastronomic tour of my culinary experiences, from learning how to make a simple bisque from my father, therein working at Michelin starred kitchen, Le Gavroche, London at 17 years old. The tasting menu, six courses, are driven through the dogma of being aware of seasonal produce and above all technical skills.
