- KKateNew York City •5 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoWe were there Monday for Afternoon Tea and had a wonderful experience. The tables for tea were in a small, intimate alcove and were set beautifully. The ambiance made it feel like a special occasion, a real treat on a Monday afternoon. Our server was friendly and attentive, and our tea and food arrived timely without being rushed. The finger sandwiches and sweets were delicious. I wish there had been more. The quantity of food might seem skimpy, but afternoon tea isn't a replacement for lunch. I think it's important to keep that in mind. We really enjoyed tea and will definitely go back.More infoRestaurant 1915 and Blue Roof Tapas Bar - Bear MountainPrice: Very Expensive• American• Bear Mountain•4.3

I didn’t love my Bocuse bowl, but my partner’s pork and my cousins’ entrees were outstanding. The appetizers and desserts were amazing. Thanks to your lovely students and staff.More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.7

- PPaulNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoOh, baby, what an experience! My date and I, we were absolutely smashing, yeah! We kicked things off with some bread slathered in beef tallow—oh, it was new, exciting, and downright delicious, baby! Then, we shared the green goddess salad and the 5 onion soup—both of 'em were pure magic, I tell ya! So good, I couldn't help myself, I drank that soup like it was liquid gold. For the main event, we had the lasagna and the trout fish and chips—timeless, baby! So classic, I thought I’d just float away on a cloud of flavor. Lee, our groovy server, was a total legend and made the whole experience a real treat. We'll be back soon, baby—no doubt about it! Yeah!More infoWm. - MRMichelleRNew York City •2 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024I expected the tasting to be an in person affair. I work in college admissions and may be more tuned into these issues than most, but it was odd to essentially watch three videos (which were played very loudly) rather than have a guide. The tasting info itself was very interesting and the small tour we received was nice, but be advised you don’t see the full campus. “A taste” is more like it. Very sweet students and excited to go back! If you’re interested in the restaurants, be sure to book those in advance.More infoSpecial Events & Public Tours at The Culinary Institute of America - Hyde ParkPrice: Very Expensive• American• Hyde Park•4.3
