Best Wine Bars in Chelsea

When I first made the reservation I had questions regarding the menu as one of our party members had severe allergies to mustard. The folks at St. Elsewhere were extremely helpful over the phone, confirming menu item ingredients with the chef and called me back twice to confirm what was safe. When we arrived, they had even taken the time to label a copy of the menu with the items that were safe, and made sure to prepare them separately to ensure that there was no cross contamination. The ambiance was wonderful, with funny, beautiful paintings and some great chill music in the background. Our table of 5 was comfortable in a booth-like seating area. Their menu is fantastic and we enjoyed the appetizers, main course, and desserts, making sure to try a few items for the whole table. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, and will definitely repeat the experience. We were all extremely happy with our experience with the team at St. Elsewhere and are grateful for their helpful and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the exquisite dining experience they provided for our party.

This was our first time and we absolutely love it. The organic wines are a interesting departure from the norm and the food was outstanding!

We had a wonderful night in this establishment. Food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect and most importantly service was excellent.

Really delicious food, lively and a bit loud. For a wine bar, the list for wines by the glass seemed a bit short, only 6 whites and 6 reds to choose from. the bottle list was impressive but for 2 a bottle is too much, and we wanted to try more than one.
