Best French American Restaurants in River Edge

Always a wonderful experience at Cafe Luxembourg. The service, personnel and staff are all friendly and informative. The food is very consistent and deliciously prepared, whether they are the menu entrees or the dinner specials. Always a nice selection of beverages. We enjoy dining here as it is also convenient to Lincoln Center venues, just a short walk.

Such a great place ! I had brunch here and ordered the Chorizo which was recommended as a frittata and it was amazing. They were very attentive to my dog as well and the pup meal was perfect for my Labrador who is hungry all the time. If you want to try their cocktails i would strongly recommend the Hachiko, Lucy or the Snoop Dog which is perfect for this cold weather. I will definitely come back to have dinner as well, for their Yappy hour.

Lovely room with high ceilings and a barn-like feel. I ordered the branzino and it was to die for. Excellent service as well. A lovely choice for the Upper West Side. We'll be back!

Excellent, fresh food. Lovely, attentive staff. Comfortable pretty restaurant that is not loud! The four of us enjoyed all the appetizers and main dishes we ordered: buffalo chicken sandwiches, Kale salad, Mussels, Onion soup, Pasta with short ribs, coffee, and creme brulee for dessert. This is a great neighborhood restaurant.

The service and salon ambiance are top notch. Felt the pastries were not fresh fresh and the caviar service could be much better presented. The caviar blinis were actually a bit cold, and we called for more. There is room for content improvement, but high style points.
