Our server, Karen was awesome! It’s obvious that she loves her job! She gave us some great recommendations and all were delicious! We had the scallops appetizer. The scallops were large and fresh! My husband had the salmon and I had the cod. Both very tasty and cooked to perfection! Karen asked me if I had any allergy to cheese since it was in the sauce. They made my cod to order with just a little butter and it was perfect! We ended our meal with the incredibly flavorful French pressed coffee and the s’mores dessert. We both ordered 8 oz Cajun seasoned filets (medium & well done) they both arrived cooked as ordered, and they had us check before leaving the table, which was fabulous. The truffle fries and garlic mashed potatoes 😋😋 were so good. We had also shared a crème brûlée dessert, as it was my partners birthday they put a little candle on it for him, which I thought was super cute. Our waitress was super nice and came to check on us often. It was not super busy, so it was a pretty low noise volume. Both the restaurant & bathroom were clean. A note to mention this place is inside Kalahari resort, so your pricing expectations should be set for not only a steakhouse but one that is also located inside of a family resort as well.
