Maison Carlos is a continental restaurant with an emphasis on French and Italian cuisine. Carlos and Lanie Farias opened Maison Carlos in December of 2002. After seven years on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach, the couple made the decision to move their establishment a couple miles south to the El Cid neighborhood.     Last night was one of the best meals we have had while in Boca. 1/2 priced caviar on Monday nights. Excellent. I ordered an 8 oz stone crab which was delicious & my bf had the pasta with shrimp. He said it was excellent. Desert was a pistachio soufflé.. who could ask for more. A very memorable dinner.

    We enjoyed everything except for the people at the table next to us. They were loud, poorly attired, and the men wore baseball caps while eating. (I was told by your staff when I made our reservation that there was a dress code!)

    We always LOVE La Sirena. It’s by far our most cherished family meal whenever we are staying at our holiday home. We travel, seemingly endlessly, and we are blessed to have the most amazing food in the world available at our fingertips. But something so fresh, nourishing and relaxing is found here for us here. And without pretense. La Sirena is a true gem.

    Hadn’t been to Maison Carlos since COVID. Frankly it had slipped our minds. But, that was our loss! The food was terrific as was the service. Pricing is very reasonable and the paintings on the walls beautiful! We will be back soon.
