So much fun and difficult to choose between the many interesting choices. I and my female friend went with the Brussels sprouts for the app…terrific. The guys shared the bacon in Vermont maple syrup- also delectable. Three of us chose entrees from that week’s Wyoming menu (the chicken with lavender honey and the bison meatloaf) and my husband chose the ribs off the regular menu.
