- JJoshAustin •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe wife and I had a fantastic experience at BCN! The food was delicious and the service impeccable (Pedro was great)! We enjoyed the octopus, duck, and succulent pig. All excellent! Most importantly, we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. Congrats to BCN on the Michelin star! It is well deserved!More infoBCN Taste & TraditionPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Southeast Houston•4.9

We had the duck/apricot paella the last time and it was an amazing dish. Frankly, it’s equal to or better than the paella I’ve had in Spain. The grilled shrimp appetizer was also incredible. The shrimp was more consistent with langostines so that was a real bonus! The waiters are great, especially Cameron, so there had never been an issue. The last time I rated it, I dinged them a little for their very un-Houston like dress code (men can’t wear shorts no matter how nice but women could waltz around with their b~tts and b@@bs hanging out), but men can now wear nice shorts with the relaxed dress code. Thank goodness because now I’ve been there three times in two weeks…. It’s a must try restaurantMore infoMADPrice: Expensive• Spanish• River Oaks•4.6

We were in the back room, so the noise level was low making conversations easy. The service was good and we all enjoyed our food.
