We started off we our cocktails which were crafted to perfection, my love ordered a limoncello drop martini and I ordered a pineapple Moscow mule the taste of our drinks were sublime. Then we both shared a handcrafted Cesar salad, you can tell everything was made about the salad was in house made and the cuts of romaine was fresh and crisp. For our main course we both decided on something new to our pallets , she had a salmon Favalli and I had to try the squid ink spaghetti, both dishes were amazing the sauce in the salmon dish had a very great note to it , and the squid ink spaghetti in the mushroom sauce was absolutely divine , to finish off our night we share a fresh cannoli and it was very delicious, 12/10 will come back again , I want to try the veal or maybe the filet mignon and she was thinking the gnocchi. We think the Management should have more employees working on a holiday weekend. There was one person between the entire bar and lounge area for waitressing and making drinks and she did an excellent job with a smile! But my heart went out to her and I think management could do better. We think the food was excellent, the service was excellent and the atmosphere perfect. I would suggest taking good care of your valuable employees and not over-working them. You don’t wanna lose the great staff that you have due to burn out. Bartender’s mixes were delicious. Our Server, Ryan, was pleasant and efficient without being intrusive. Every time and every dish we have experienced at Bluewater Grill has not disappointed. A first class dining experience for an appropriate price.
