- JJoseChicago / Illinois •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI booked a Valentine’s reservation over a month in advance, it was easy to book. Unfortunately it snowed moderately the day of the reservation and since I was driving from Indiana. It took a LOT longer to get there than expected. I called Fioretta, they said it was okay, that they would be able to make it work. Mind you, I got there an hour late. They still honored my reservation. The service was great and the food came out promptly. Meatballs lacked seasoning, shrimp scampi was 100/10. Crab bisque and burrata with peppers were both mid. 24oz ribeye was looked perfectly however it was too salty. They even brought extra seasoning that they used on the ribeye so we can add as we please. But there was no need as the salt overpowered everything. The marscapone whipped potatoes were also 100/10. Olive oil cake with gelato was 100/10, my server recommended it and recommended a bite with a little gelato and a piece of the cake, it was delicious. Tiramisu was mid. The cocktails all had good flavors but they lacked layers. They were for the most part all 1 note. So overall, get the shrimp scampi and the whipped potatoes forsure. I also think they can bring the $$$$$ down a notch- it doesnt match the mid quality of the food.More infoFiorettaPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• West Loop•4.7

- EElizabethLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went on Valentine's Day for lunch and it wasn't busy. The meats were excellent and my boyfriend was in heaven. The tri-tip and sausages were the high points for me. The parmesan chicken and parmesan pork were rather bland and dry. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the beef ribs, but the manager told me that certain meats aren't served during lunch to keep the price down, which is fair. The fried bananas and cheese bread were good, but nothing special. I LOVED the potatoes gratin and sauteed mushrooms. The boyfriend loved the mashed potatoes. If you're not a meat eater, you'll be very happy with the salad bar as there was lots of variety and plenty of heartier & higher-end items: potato salad, fresh mozzarella, two kinds of olives, goat cheese, smoked salmon, it goes on and on. I'm obsessed with the very generously-sized papaya mousse dessert, and haven't stopped thinking about it since. The service was really wonderful. The waiter, the gauchos, and manager were all kind and attentive. The waiter kept an eye out and proactively checked in, refilling our drinks and such. The gauchos seem to have a sixth sense for what you need more of. Definitely going back.More infoTexas de Brazil - Orland ParkPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Orland Park•4.5
- EElizabethChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe whole experience exceeded our expectations. Joshua, our server, was phenomenal and had great recommendations. The grilled broccolini salad was mind-blowing! The atmosphere within the restaurant was personal and warm. It was not too loud or too quiet. Every table has a gorgeous view of the city and river. Definitely a splurge experience, but so worth it.More infoGibsons ItaliaPrice: Expensive• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.8
