- JJoelvipDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined todayEverything Duro Hospitality does is a hit, and The Charles is no exception! The service was impeccable, the drinks were top notch, and the food was delectable! We had a large party and showed up to the back bar an hour before for pre dinner drinks and they were so accommodating to take care of us and always kept us informed of the table. They treated the birthday guest to an amazing glass of champagne, and made the whole experience amazing. Charles was our server and he was great! Nate the Manager on duty as well as his whole staff was absolutely amazing. We will be back so many more times, and I am so happy that Duro has this gem in their repertoire!More infoThe CharlesPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• West Dallas•4.8
- HHeathervipCincinnati / Dayton •2 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoWaiter completely rushed us through dinner - hovering and asking us to make a decision on drinks appetizers and dinner within 5 minutes of us being seated. Explained we needed a minute to read the menu as we had never dined there before and asked for his recommendations. He literally came back 2 minutes later asking for a decision. The restaurant was almost empty as it was early on a Saturday night so I’m not sure why he was trying to push us through dinner. But even with us trying to stall and draw things out we were still done with dinner in less than an hour. For such an expensive restaurant I find this unacceptable especially when I told him three times to give us a moment. Food and atmosphere were excellent but service ruined the experienceMore infoTerra - Eataly DallasPrice: Expensive• Italian• Preston Hollow•4.5

- OTOpenTable DinerDallas - Fort Worth •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe sat in the club room. Such a cool vibe. Love the dark lighting and the red booths. Very retro. The salmon and veggies were perfectly cooked. Lasagna, chicken parm and shrimp scampi were also enjoyed by others in our party. Not the best wine list but generous pours. Delicious old fashioned and Negronis.More infoCampisi's - MockingbirdPrice: Moderate• Italian• Park Cities•3.7
