There is truly no better (some as good) sushi in Denver or a many, even hundreds of miles mile radius. On this particular night, the crowd was bigger and louder than usual and the service perhaps struggled a bit to keep up with the volume. Usually the ambience is a little more peaceful and the design/decor elements are quite lovely. We go back again and again for the amazing foo, that while pricey, is Incredible. It was our first time trying the caviar roll—it was hands down our favorite dish. I can't even describe how delicious the texture and flavor are. I also always enjoy the yellowtail jalapeno sashimi. You have to try these two dishes for yourself, as well as other recommended rolls and salmon nigiri. My two kids had never been before and had the time of their life! The food was fantastic, flavorful and cooked exactly as we requested. Our chef continued to check with everyone to see if we were satisfied while also making us laugh. Bartender made an awesome lemon drop too.
