Best Wineries in Hialeah

Geoffrey was excellent! He gave us a tour of the wine shop and and helped us us pick two remarkable wines to pair with our dinner! The Domaine Jean Dauvisatt 1st Cru Chablis was extra salty and paired wonderfully with the oysters, tenderloin tartare, Patatas Brava and the sea bass. We also enjoyed the Caroline Parent Volnay. It was funs to try this paired with the bacon wrapped dates as well as the tartare. It really brought out the truffle in each if these tapas. Thank you!!!!

From the moment we walked in, the welcome, the waiter Omar, the food, the service was all excellent. We celebrated a birthday & the table was sprinkled with party glitter, a birthday card & champagne was served. Omar was fantastic & even presented the birthday person with a photo in a cardboard frame as a remembrance. Highly recommend Fleming's!

The service is amazing. The servers REALLY want to make sure that you have a memorable dining experience. The pork chop is a definite have. The trout was delicious as well. If you love mushrooms, you MUST order the mushroom flatbread—-you won’t be disappointed. Our waiter, Mario was on point!

Considering it was Valentine’s Day, the restaurant was full as expected. We arrived just in time for our 7:15 reservation and to my surprise, we only had a 10 minute way. Definitely have to give credit to management and staff who were at the top of their game. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked as ordered. The highlight of the evening Ming was our server Oriana. It was the first time she served our table but it will not be the last. We will definitely request to be seated on her area. She was prompt, while adjusting her pace to ours, never rushed us and was very pleasant. She’s definitely the best server we have met at this location for the last 3 years.

The staff was really friendly and it’s like we got to know them including the owner the food was tasty and my wife and I give them five stars. We will be back again.
