- SstephanMinneapolis - St. Paul •19 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy wife and I did the Champagner Brunch at Baldamar on Nov. 23. It was fantastic; everything we hoped it would be. The wait staff was very well informed about the food and drink offerings, and provided us with valuable insight. The food was very good, though somewhat hit and miss. The Scallop and pasta dish was fantastic; we ordered it twice. The crab cake was more cake than crab. The calamari was very good, as was the lamb curry. The cocktails, and limitless champagne and wine, were great. They did not go cheap on their alcohol offerings. Bottom line, it was a memorable experience for our anniversary celebration, and well worth the expense.More infoBaldamarPrice: Expensive• Steak• Roseville•4.9

I throughly enjoyed the drinks. I had the teaches of peach drink and it was so well made and perfectly balanced. I ordered the blue crab beignets and they were absolutely delicious, so light fluffy and full of crab meat. For my entree I ordered the salmon and it was crispy on the outside and so soft and well cooked on the inside. The flavor was just right. I would definitely dine here again. There’s much more on the menu I’d like to try.More infoButcher & the BoarPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Mill District•4.7

- AAustinMinneapolis - St. Paul •8 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 16, 2024Mostly French inspired dishes, which were good portion size and flavorful. The weak link here, is the service which is slow; I think the pacing between when you order and when you receive your item can be improved, especially with drinks. My wife ordered an NA mocktail, which turned out to be unavailable but it took 10 minutes for our waiter to communicate that, then it was showing on the bill (it was removed after I noted the error).More infoBlondettePrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Downtown / Mill District•4
