- AAnthonyDetroit / Eastern Michigan •1 review5.0Dined todayInitial inspection was pleasant. When you enter the restaurant, you'll see it's well appointed with mostly natural materials (namely stone walls, funky glass vases, and a very pretty open kitchen). The service was attentive, but not overbearing. The only low was the filet tenderloin. While the sauce was delicious, and the visual was amazing, the meat itself didn't quite make the mark. Otherwise, the appetizers and desert were all amazing and performed. In the end, I would highly recommend this as a great fine-ish (not quite casual, not quite fine dining) dining experience.More infoDowntowner Woodfire GrillPrice: Expensive• American• Saint Paul•4.7
- SSarahMinneapolis - St. Paul •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had reservations on Valentines Day for lunch, so it was busy as expected. Everything was great. We waited maybe 10 minutes to be seated with a reservation, partly because we requested a booth instead of a table. I have waited longer in the past for a table without a reservation. The service and food were all excellent. We had a meal, cocktail and dessert. I have been to this location several times in the past and it has been very busy. I will mention that the only negative about it is because of the openness of the floor plan and how busy it is, it is sometimes quite loud. Otherwise, highly recommend!!More infoHazelwood - WoodburyPrice: Moderate• American• Woodbury•4.7

- AAnnVIPMinneapolis - St. Paul •27 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFour people--three meal choices: the short ribs, the filet mignon, and the walleye dinner. All were outstanding. The ribs and the filet mignon were tender and flavorful, as was the walleye for which the Inn is known. We each had a cocktail and were very satisfied--no scrimping with the alcohol, which was nice. Sue, our waitress, was top-notch--I think she's been there for years so she is very experienced. No dessert for us although the choices looked yummy. Lake Elmo Inn is a special place and worth the trip there, for sure.More infoLake Elmo InnPrice: Expensive• Continental• Lake Elmo•4.9
