Best European Restaurants in West Bromwich

My wife and I stayed at the hotel and we had a 3 course meal on the Saturday evening and a 3 course Sunday lunch the following day in the Dovecote restaurant and they were both exceptional. We had a wonderful dinning experience and the staff were superb. It wasn’t cheap to eat at the Dovecote but you are paying for the quality and experience so if you fancy a treat i would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating Valentine's Day at Cogs. We received a very warm welcome and were seated at a table of our choice promptly, despite arriving early for our reservation. The service throughout was exceptional; our waitress was friendly and informative. The food was lovely we had different starters; I had the Thai-style fish cakes, He had the strawberry and beetroot salad. Both were very well-presented and tasty. The main course was a sharing mixed grill, and the variety of meats were cooked perfectly. The dessert was a sharing salted caramel Eton mess and we ate it with gusto, despite being almost full from the previous two courses. Overall, we would both highly recommended Cogs for a celebration meal.

Peerless in the local area. Food superb, some amazing dishes which were all good. From chicken pie to steak, risotto, chicken parfait to tarts tatin all superb Local bar also part of the pub restaurant which was nice to see. Only negative was one of the bar proper uppers decided it was ok to vape at the bar - pretty disgusting and staff seemed accepting of this as most diners had left at that point . Second work dinner here with colleagues who have wheelchairs/hearing aids/invisible disabilities. We absolutely loved our experience and could hear each other talking! We had wonderful service from the team. I loved my chicken wings and burger meal. My sticky toffee pudding was slightly dry/lacked sauce and moisture. It’s non halal food now so we will consider elsewhere in the future if this remains an issue.
