The service was friendly, attentive and personable. You didn't constantly refill my wine glass, pushing wine hard happens in virtually every restaurant these days, I hate it. Amazing food and drinks. Waiter knew the menu well and was able to talk us through all the options an how best to have the meats. Apart from the steaks and chops, I have to say the sides were fantastic and starters a great portion. Everyone was friendly from our entry to exit of the restaurant and it was very easy to find. I would definitely return.

They seemed under staffed when we arrived and it took 30mins just take our drinks order. There was one experienced waitress and one other that appeared to be a trainee for the entire top section - which was full. Also we were celebrating a birthday and this was completely overlooked and not acknowledged despite stating the occasion at the point of booking. I have been here a few times now and this has never happened before so I do hope it’s a one-off because the food is delicious.
