Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall

Went here for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend.  first time here and man was it delicious. We got the beef Wellington and the lamb. We are not usually steak people, but the Wellington was really really good. The pastry was nice and flaky while the beef being super tender. I ordered the lamb medium and I think it was maybe a little bit more on the rare side, but it was still delicious. If I could order the lamb again, I would I would just say medium well probably. Taste of everything was on point. The ambience was really good. Our server was really cool. Would definitely go there again.

Great food and Great service. The Kitchen and wait staff were slammed this Saturday night but our experience still came off without a hitch. We Appreciated the entire staff for stepping up and we will definitely be back there to eat next time in town.

Exceptional! Creative, fresh and multidimensional flavors… loved the uni panna cotta and barramundi and every part. The winter tasting menu at Stubborn seed was the high point of our Vegas Valentine weekend. Chef Jeremy brings an elevated, Michelin starred dining experience and the team a positive vibe to masterfully prepared courses of fun and exciting dishes perfectly paired with wines, smiles, wonder and satisfaction. The food and ambience was great. We saved for this trip for months and Ramsay’s Kitchen was the pinnacle (other than the Keith Urban concert). We could really only afford the 3 Course menu and, unfortunately, the vibe we got from the waiter seemed to reflect that. We were a little surprised that he never came to see how everything was going until after each course had been collected by the excellent ancillary (for lack of a better word) staff had collected everything.
