- KKateWest Sussex •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWhat do you really want from a restaurant? Maybe a warm welcome, comfortable and stylish atmosphere, attentive service, talented chef, knowledgeable sommelier, clean toilets? Sounds easy but so often I’m disappointed by places that can’t deliver these basic elements. Clava, in West Byfleet, opened a couple of years ago by Chef Valentino, does all of this with effortless competence. It becomes self-evident when you’re eating food that takes years of training and practice, days of preparation and moments of brilliance to deliver. It doesn’t want or need Michelin praise, it’s so good. I hesitate to share this because I want to be able to get a table before word gets out. Try it while you can.More infoClava RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• West Byfleet•4.8
- TTerryLondon •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024I visited the restaurant for the first time with my wife, 8pm on a Friday. The restaurant was quite busy. There was a live singer which gave a nice atmosphere, although it could be too loud for some people, we quite enjoyed it. The service and food were very enjoyable and we were talking about when we would come back next. 3 courses each, a side of garlic bread and a bottle of wine for £135 inc service. Would thoroughly recommendMore infoPianilloPrice: Expensive• Italian• Chertsey•4.8
