Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in North Memphis

AMAZING! We always love the food here. The oyster deviled egg appetizer is one of the best dishes anywhere!

Overall, it was an amazing time, especially being our first time there. My wife and I were very happy with the food. The meats were tender and flavorful, and the sides were fresh and the veggies even fresher!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be returning!!

Absolutely amazing. From walking though the door and engaging the staff, to a unique dinning experience with delectable twists to common dishes, it was down right delicious.

If you love the blues, you’ll love this place. Our reservations were for 5 PM, but we arrived much earlier. Good thing we did, because we were able to hear the first band that started at noon. Definitely recommend arriving early, have your meal, then just hang out stay for the rest of the night! Again, if you are planning to come to B.B. King‘s blues club … arrive early afternoon so you’re able to hear as much music as possible. We could have stayed until midnight. Highly recommend.  PS. if you plan to drive to B.B. King’s, there is a paid parking lot directly across the street. 

The food was very good. Our service was excellent. The restaurant itself was rather plainly adorned, and seemed more like a slightly upscale Shoney’s. The overall experience did not match the price of the meal.
