- SSusanRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe loved this place! It was so perfect and warm on a cold and a gray day. The service was above and beyond. They were warm and friendly and made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. We are vegetarian, and we absolutely loved the options. The vegetarian lobio with pickled veggies paired with a smoked Gouda cheese boat was the best combo ever. We could not have asked for better experience. We visited the sister restaurant in Brooklyn a few years ago and loved that and were equally impressed with the Hell’s Kitchen location.More infoCheeseboat - Hell's KitchenPrice: Expensive• Georgian• Hell's Kitchen•4.7

- MMichaelNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 16, 2024Alright, buckle up, because I’m about to spill the beans on Matisse 167 in East Rutherford. This isn’t just dining—it’s a full-blown gourmet experience that hits you in the taste buds like a symphony of flavors orchestrated by food gods. From the moment we sat down, the staff was next-level exceptional, anticipating every need like they had a crystal ball. Keith, our server, was the MVP, making sure everything was flawless. Seriously, this guy must moonlight as a mind reader or something. And then there’s Greg—the chef. Oh man, this dude’s not just a chef; he’s an artist with a side of wizardry. He came out into the dining room, checking on everyone like a culinary superhero. By the time we finished our four-course Michelin-star-level meal, all I wanted to do was shake this guy’s hand and thank him for putting together a dining experience that went way beyond anything I could’ve dreamed up. Every bite was like winning the flavor lottery. Pro tip: it’s BYOB, so grab a bottle (or three) of your favorite wine and prepare to have your culinary socks knocked off. Matisse 167 isn’t just a meal—it’s an event. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a standing ovation. Go there. You’re welcome.More infoMatisse 167Price: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Rutherford•4.7
