Best Global Restaurants in Dufferin County

The service was excellent. We were running late and they switched our booking straight away. The food came as requested and was delicious. The only downside was that the desserts were primarily chocolate based. Maybe a fruit dessert would have been a great addition.

Wide tables and comfortable seating means lots of space for food, but not as intimate for sitting close on a date. The candlelight, soft colours, and overall colours make for a cool, subtle upscale experience. The decor does well to counterbalance the overstimulation of being in such an enthusiastic volume of other diners. Delicious desserts (carmelized cheesecake and the seasonal pecan tart were great), and the plant-based options are a blessing for vegetarian diners. Pay attention that the V on the menu means the dish can be made vegetarian, but does not seem to be inherently vegetarian. Mention your food restrictions up front! Staff were polite with great memories, and checked in, but were not nosy. It struck a good balance. Paying is an atypical touchscreen but smooth. Bathroom doors are very heavy without automation, so heads up for accessibility concerns.

For the lunch hour it was the perfect spot but the music was so loud we had to yell over each other to talk and felt like everyone could hear us. That’s the only complaint

Terrific food, service and reasonable pricing. Large room with a big group when we were there, so a bit loud. Otherwise a great facility. The bar would be a nice place for a more intimate experience.
