Best Tapas Restaurants in Warrenville

My husband and I eat here frequently. We always enjoy the different plates, the drinks, and the atmosphere. The Tapas small plates seem to have gotten a little bigger since the prices have gone up. We had remolacha or beet salad, patatas aioli, gambas al ajillo, and passion martini. For desert we had crema catalan and it was all tasty.

Fantastic food and service. Drinks are also excellent. Had large party with coworkers and people from out of town. Great place to try and share a lot of different dishes with others.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants! Lisa , our server never missed a beat. The food was all desperately crafted and delicious. My only regret is I did not save room for dessert.

I made a reservation and I was seated on time. I was immediately greeted by the manager and welcomed to the restaurant. Soon, there after our a server came to the table, introduced himself and quickly brought us drinks. Throughout the entire meal of service was second to none. Although the restaurant was busy, it was clear every employee was hustling and doing their very best to take care of every customer. The food was delicious and the experience was well worth visiting this restaurant. Although it appeared, the manager was younger in years. It seemed like his staff respected him, and responded to his desire to bring a great experience to every customer in the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique experience.

Beautiful brunch experience! From the engaging details of PUBLICO that were thoughtfully designed on the 1st floor space to the cozy “red glass room” which created a fun ambiance. The Latin American brunch menu which my church friend, Jan ordered a delicious double crab cake benedict with perfectly cooked poached eggs and a drizzle of hollandaise sauce complimented with roasted potatoes. I thoroughly enjoyed my order of the El Americano — eggs made to order (chose perfectly scrambled eggs), with 3 meats of sliced ham, maple bacon and chorizo sausage link along with those great roasted potatoes. Yum!!! Will definitely be back to try the dinner menu. Also service was very attentive by manager, Sandra, because we arrived for a late brunch at 1:30pm-2pm so there was just a few other tables. I think it was so new only 3 months open that this place — AltaVida! is a best kept secret because they haven’t done any advertising or promotion that they’re open for weekend brunch yet.
