- DDavidVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •22 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBeautiful outside dining terrace. Host was wonderful. Food was delicious. Service was on point until our server left for the evening and he said the manager would take over. My main fish course came out not hot but my dining friends meals were hot. Asked to send it back to just to be heated and after 15 minutes had to ask a busser to check and it was another five minutes before I got my dish back. Never saw the manager after was introduced to him. Disappointed as it was birthday celebration.More infoHusetPrice: Very Expensive• Country kitchen• Condesa / Roma•4.6

Service is amazing, drinks are creative and delicious, and the food was the BEST! Their specials are super special and the waiters guide you to order dishes that are especially geared to your tastes. - AAlessandraVIPNew York City •3 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 28, 2025We normally love Belfiore. The ambience is quaint and romantic. On this occasion we found the service slow. Firstly, we ordered topo chicos. One of our glasses smelt like anise so we sent one of these back. No apology was given, just a new glass brought to us. We enjoyed our burrata and carpaccio starter. We ordered lasagna for our main course which arrived stone cold. We sent this back and it was brought back reheated. Again, not much in terms of apology. Considering the bill came to nearly $3,000 MEX pesos, one would have thought that a gesture of goodwill or something removed from the bill would have been offered.More infoBelfiorePrice: Expensive• Italian• Polanco/Nueva Anzures•4.6
