Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in New Albany

We absolutely loved the table upstairs in a very private setting with beautiful views! Perfect for celebrating a birthday. I shared scallops, wedge salad, baked potato & also tried the calamari & crab ceviche appetizers. Everything was very good, but by the time I got to my potato, it was cold. Also, one of the entrees was put in wrong & she had to wait for her filet to be cooked while everyone else ate. The mgr. compensated by taking 30% off which totally took care of the food delay. They also brought a huge, beautiful piece of their chocolate cake desert with whipped cream, berries & cookie pieces! Delicious!

It was a phenomenal experience that allowed us to showcase a fabulous restaurant in our Louisville area.

Really interesting menu and all dishes were very good. The amuse bouche with paired shot was really delicious, unique and fun.

Outcast Fish & Oyster Bar is an absolute must-visit in New Albany! The food was incredible from start to finish. We started with the crab cake, which was perfectly crisp on the outside and packed with fresh, flavorful crab—easily one of the best we’ve had. The lobster roll was next-level, loaded with tender lobster and just the right amount of seasoning. And the crab pasta? Unreal. The sauce was rich and flavorful, with plenty of fresh crab in every bite. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Whether you’re a seafood lover or just looking for a great meal, Outcast absolutely delivers. We’ll definitely be back!
